Lucas Ellman is a saxophonist with twenty-seven years of experience and a sound shaped by a lifelong dedication to the craft. Picking up the instrument in the third grade, he built his musical foundation early and went on to study at Berklee College of Music, where he majored in Saxophone Performance and refined both his technical skill and artistic voice.

For the past twelve years, Lucas has been an active force in New York City’s music scene. From sitting in with club bands across the five boroughs to carving out a place in the city’s vibrant live-music circuit, he’s earned a reputation as a dynamic performer who can elevate any stage he steps onto.

Currently, Lucas performs regularly with the wedding and event band The Eleven, bringing energy, precision, and a signature electric stage presence to every show. Known for memorable performances that blend spontaneity, musicianship, and pure charisma, he continues to connect with audiences through a style that is both deeply seasoned and undeniably alive.
